Committees

Chamber Committees are a great way for Chamber members to connect with other business owners, find out more about local issues, and enhance the quality of life of our community. Chamber members in good standing are encouraged to participate. Click on the link below for further details about all of the volunteer opportunities and to sign up. You are welcome to apply for more than one committee.

Ambassador Committee: Ambassadors meet on the first Thursday of the month from 8 am to 9 am from February through November. Attend monthly meetings, ribbon cuttings, mixers, and solicit auction items for the Chamber's Annual Dinner & Recognition Awards. Ambassadors may be asked to help with membership drives.

Programming/Events Committee: This committee meets periodically to discuss and brainstorm Chamber programs and events that benefit our business community. This includes additional fundraisers that support the Chamber.

Gov't Affairs Committee: The Government Affairs Committee serves as the voice of local business on public policy and legislative issues that impact our community helping to ensure our members stay informed, engaged, and represented when it comes to government decisions that shape our local economy and community. The Committee meets after Rise and Shine on the second Thursday of every month, approx. 9:15am.

Annual Dinner 2026 Committee: The Annual Dinner is our main fundraiser and recognition event of the year. This committee assists with planning and organizing the Annual Dinner, securing silent auction items, and promoting ticket sales and sponsorship opportunities.
