PICTURE PERFECT!
Have you ever had a “PICTURE PERFECT’ moment or a memory so precious that you desired to preserve over time?  With significant events around every corner, many of us make every effort to mark our moments photographically with our family, friends or even personally. The reality is that without a physical reminder of our time here on earth, our memories are eventually stored away in the recesses of our hearts and minds and unfortunately unable to be preserved tangibly for future enjoyment.

Today I have the privilege of highlighting a talented local photographer named Adi Ringer, who captures creative and esthetic shots in every setting that he encounters. He is the owner and operator of Adi Ringer Photography located in the heart of Nipomo, Ca. From the moment we met I found him to be approachable, kind and a consummate professional as he spoke about his passion for photography. I could see by his countenance that he was like a well-displayed piece of art, there was much more to him than meets the eye. I was correct! After 35 years as a financial advisor, Adi had discovered a passion for wildlife photography in 2012 in a most unusual way.
One may even call it …SERENDIPITOUS!

Adi has always enjoyed the great outdoors and appreciated the immense wonders that nature possesses. But as in all serendipitous moments, there was a singular defining moment in time that he describes as a silent but profound calling on his future career path, by none other than, nature itself! Fourteen years ago, on what appeared to be just a typical leisurely afternoon drive, something significant caught Adi’s eye. Because of his curious and adventurous personality, he instantly stopped his car and got out to take a closer look and see what had attracted his attention. Low and behold it was a beautiful Red-Tailed Hawk sitting on a fence, perched majestically as if it was preparing for a preplanned one-on-one photo shoot with Adi. 😊 Without hesitation he knew that this kind of scene was rare and needed to be documented and shared with others. He instinctively grabbed his trusty camera and slowly approached the bird, believing at any minute it would surely fly away. To his surprise, the hawk remained regal and still, ready for his once in a lifetime photo shoot. With all of nature providing his backdrop, Adi zoomed in his lens and witnessed this beautiful hawk offering him freely the gift of a lifetime, the “PICTURE PERFECT’ shot! It was in that profound moment that Adi felt he was being called to a career of wildlife photography, ironically by a Red-Tailed Hawk who couldn’t speak a word. And the rest as they say is history in the making, preserved and skillfully captured behind the lens of Adi’s camera.

Adi’s style of photography is artistic in its essence. He enjoys utilizing his creative talents to authentically catch rare and enchanted moments in life, whether he is photographing a person, nature or wildlife in its most spectacular form. Regardless of his audience, he aspires to make the most out of every detail and setting he is given. As with all true artistic minds, Adi has a way of transforming ordinary scenes into something almost whimsical in nature. Although he began his career by photographing wildlife, seascapes and nature in general, in the business world he has become known for making everyone look remarkable in their professional headshots!  His goal with each photo is to give his clients a positive experience and a photographic gift that they can then share with the world around them with confidence. This is especially significant when the first visual impressions we offer someone have a significant impact on a career opportunity or even as we attempt to create new social connections. (Facebook, Instagram. LinkedIn etc.) Regardless of the occasion, Adi Ringer brings his professionalism and esthetic expertise to every photo shoot. It gives him immense satisfaction to know that his clients can look back on their pictures with a smile on their face because of the image he took of them.

Although a creative dreamer and a natural born entrepreneur, Adi keeps his feet firmly planted professionally on the ground. Never short on innovative ideas, he recently expanded his photography career to include wildlife and nature workshops, both locally and internationally. To date, Adi has traveled all over the world on safari to places like India, Africa, Argentina and Costa Rica to photograph images most will never see. It is his hope and desire that his photography workshops will inspire others to follow their own dreams in the field of photography. Beauty is all around us, but as we know beauty always will lie in the eye of the beholder. That’s the gift of imagery within us all. And it’s the perspective we carry through the lens of our own heart that can make an image appear “PICTURE PERFECT”! Thank you, Adi Ringer, for helping our Central Coast community preserve our special moments of time that will last a lifetime. HOME IS WHERE OUR HEART IS!

Owning a HOME…. the American dream since the 1960’s! 😊 These mere words paint a picture of stability, security and connection with others. HOME is where memories are made, children are raised, marriages mature, friends and family gather, and where we cultivate the social graces that help us navigate a world of unknown influences.

Come and SEE under the SEA

Do you recall the movie “The Little Mermaid “? It was a sweet, animated story that exposed the concept of a whole unique world that exists UNDER THE SEA! Though I don’t know of any little mermaids swimming about in our ocean waters, we do have the privilege of SEEING the unique world that lives UNDER THE SEA. HOME SWEET HOME

Something about those simple words creates a sense of warmth in our hearts. Home is where we can kick off our shoes at the end of a weary day and reflect on the activities we engaged in, the people we interacted with and entertain dreams and goals for the future. That scenario, though familiar and beautiful in its content,

THE WORLD IS OUR STAGE and MEANT TO BE SHARED!

In this world of technological advancements, we could easily lose our zeal and appreciation for face-to-face experiences that are MEANT TO BE SHARED. Social media has replaced many forms of social interactions. But most would agree that even the

GOODNESS GRACIOUS….

I could almost hear the words coming out of the mouth of the Kiwanis Club member as he was asked boldly and respectfully to pay a $10 fine to the Kangaroo Court Judge and reigning Club President Mike Britton. Apparently, it is an unofficial crime to have one’s phone ring when a guest is delivering a presentation.

UNBRIDLED ENTHUSIASM
This poetic sentiment is how I would describe my encounter with Caprice Arkell, co-owner of the spectacular Varian Equestrian Center located at 1275 Corbett Canyon Rd, Arroyo Grande, Ca. 93420. Simon and Caprice Arkell purchased this sprawling beautiful 200-acre horse ranch in the summer of 2023 after serendipitously viewing it on the Zillow site.

PASSION & THE JOY OF ART
From the moment I met Eric and Jill Von Berg I sensed the genuineness of their hearts and their passion for life. However, it is when I had the pleasure of being welcomed into their art gallery, simply named” The Gallery,” located at 213 E. Branch St. Arroyo Grande, Ca. 93420, that I truly witnessed their smiles light up the room. As I gazed around the gallery hall, with its vaulted ceilings and edgy architectural structures,
